What Is the HEAR Program?
Home Electrification Appliance Rebate
HEAR lowers the up-front cost of specific electric upgrades in existing Colorado homes. Rebates are taken as a point-of-sale discount through participating contractors. Households at or below 150% AMI qualify (those greater than 80% AMI receive higher amounts).
A&O Heating and Air Conditioning is a participant for heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, and electrical panel upgrades (in conjunction with heat pumps).
The HEAR Program offers financial incentives to help reduce the upfront cost of upgrading to high-efficiency heating systems, including:

What A&O Heating and Air Conditioning Offers
A&O Heating and Air Conditioning participates in the HEAR program for heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, and electrical panel upgrades (in conjunction with heat pumps) and insulation or air sealing. We do not offer electric stove/cooktop appliances, wiring, or other HEAR measures at this time.
